We don't use a CRM. Messages reach us through:

Cloudflare Pages — hosting
Web3Forms — contact form delivery
Cloudflare Email Routing — inbound email protection
Zoho Mail — inbox where messages land

We keep messages for the duration of the business relationship, plus 2 years.
